REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required. Swimmers will be registered in the requested swim session upon receipt of a signed registration form, a signed insurance form, and full payment (no exceptions). Jersey Storm will send you confirmation of your swimmers registration prior to the start of each session. Sessions will be closed once filled. Jersey Storm will notify any participants if a requested session is full to see if another session can be scheduled. Registration info and payments will be returned if entire program has been filled. |
The Jersey Storm Swim Lesson Program is a five-week program designed by the Jersey Storm Swimming staff and taught by experienced swimmers and instructors, with supervision provided by the Jersey Storm coaching staff. The program is held Monday thru Thursdays for two weeks (total of 10 lessons). Friday's will be used for make-up lessons in case of pool closure due to holidays or inclement weather (only lesson dates canceled by Jersey Storm will be made up). The swimmers will be taught in small groups of approximately six swimmers per instructor. Each swimmer will be placed in a group with swimmers of the same age and ability to make the group more cohesive and allow for the greatest progress of the swimmers. The small groups allow the instructors to spend time with each swimmer individually as well as time with the entire group. Swimmers should arrive 15 minutes early on the 1st day of a new session and should be on time each remaining day so that we may spend the entire session teaching. PARENTS MUST REMAIN AT THE POOL INSIDE THE POOL SOLARIUM while their swimmers are in the water.
